Project 02 · AI-enabled commerce

A commerce platform that observes, decides and executes.

A bespoke multi-tenant system connecting proprietary commerce, first-party measurement, pricing, campaign activation, affiliate accounting and policy-controlled AI decisions.

Platform purpose

One operating loop from product data to the next decision.

The programme is designed to ingest products and stock, observe markets, calculate cost-aware pricing, activate campaigns, process orders, account for affiliate commissions, measure performance and feed those results into the next controlled action.

The proprietary webshop remains the commerce core. Third-party systems such as Shopify or WooCommerce may be connected where useful, but do not replace the owned platform.

Closed operating loop

Observe. Decide. Activate. Measure. Improve.

  1. 01Ingest

Products, stock, suppliers, costs and market signals.

  2. 02Decide

Pricing, promotion and budget within explicit financial mandates.

  3. 03Activate

Storefront, campaign, content, affiliate and customer-service actions.

  4. 04Measure

First-party events, attribution, margin and operational outcomes.

  5. 05Improve

Human-reviewed learning translated into the next controlled decision.

Architecture baseline

Built as an owned platform, not a collection of plug-ins.

The technical baseline separates user experience, transaction services, durable processing, analytics and AI operations while keeping deployment observable and reproducible.

Experience

TypeScript + React

Responsive web application, installable PWA and role-specific operating surfaces.

Services

Python + FastAPI

Commerce services, integration orchestration, pricing and decision APIs.

Transactions

PostgreSQL

Tenant-aware transactional records, permissions, orders and financial ledgers.

Durable work

Celery + Redis

Queued integrations, campaign tasks, monitoring and long-running workflows.

Analytics

ClickHouse + object storage

High-volume event measurement, reporting and retained data products.

Operations

Containers + IaC

Secret management, observability, repeatable environments and controlled releases.

Twelve connected modules

Commerce, marketing and management intelligence in one system.

01

Innovation translated into daily work

Fewer manual hand-offs. Faster decisions. More commercial control.

The platform does not add another dashboard to the operator's workload. It connects product, stock, customer, campaign and margin data so one approved action can flow through the entire commerce system.

01

Visual no-code shop control

Teams configure pages, product blocks, languages, promotions and tenant-specific experiences without waiting for a developer for every change.

Benefit: shorter launch cycles and lower routine development dependency.
02

AI campaign co-pilot

The system prepares channel-specific copy, audiences, budgets and tests, then evaluates ROAS and proposes or executes the next action inside set limits.

Benefit: less agency administration and faster optimisation.
03

Market-aware pricing

Competitor signals, demand, cost, stock age and margin rules meet in one pricing workflow instead of disconnected spreadsheets.

Benefit: protect contribution while responding faster to market movement.
04

Demand and stock intelligence

Forecasts connect campaign demand with replenishment, slow stock, expiry exposure and fulfilment priorities.

Benefit: fewer avoidable stock-outs, overstocks and emergency purchases.
05

Affiliate accounting engine

Click, lead, sale, quality and commission data share one ledger with approval, exception and payout workflows.

Benefit: scale partner sales without scaling manual reconciliation at the same rate.
06

White-label multi-tenancy

Agencies, franchises and groups operate branded storefronts, domains, currencies and permissions on one centrally managed backbone.

Benefit: create recurring licence income from the same technology core.
Workforce leverageAutomate repetitive monitoring, reporting and campaign preparation.
Revenue growthImprove conversion, pricing speed, cross-sell and retention from shared data.
Competitive advantageOwn the platform, customer data and decision logic instead of depending on plug-in chains.

Human-controlled automation

Autonomy inside explicit business boundaries.

01

Financial mandates

Pricing, promotion and campaign actions operate only inside configured margin and budget limits.

02

Approval gates

Material actions can require review based on role, value, category or risk threshold.

03

Audit trails

Inputs, decisions, approvals and resulting actions remain attributable and reviewable.

04

Role-based access

Tenant and operating roles separate administration, campaign, finance and fulfilment responsibilities.

4 + 1 commercial architecture

A licence for each operating stage — and one route for resellers.

The commercial structure combines recurring SaaS income, a one-time ownership option and an agency/reseller channel. Each tier expands capability while remaining on the same platform backbone.
