Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the public website and, where access is granted, account and protected investor functions. Legal revision 2026-09-07-r1, effective 7 September 2026.
Provider and informational purpose
The service provider is RESTITUIT Holdings, SE, IČO 55 946 321, with registered office at Bajkalská 5/A, 831 04 Bratislava-Nové Mesto, Slovak Republic; contact info@restituit.com. Website material is general corporate information. It is not an offer or solicitation for securities, a prospectus, investment, legal, tax or financial advice, a promise of return, or confirmation that a planned transaction has completed. Source date, reporting period, verification state and publication status form part of the information.
Permitted use and protected accounts
You may view the site for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You must not disrupt the service, bypass or test security without written authority, upload unlawful or executable material, misuse an identity, scrape or disclose protected content, or infringe another person’s rights. Registration creates no right to approval or investor access. Account holders must keep credentials confidential, use their own account, and promptly report suspected compromise. Access may be restricted, suspended or revoked for security, legal, authorisation or operational reasons.
Content, intellectual property and external links
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website code, design, trade names, marks and company-authored content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No licence is granted beyond normal on-screen use permitted by these terms and mandatory law. Third-party names, marks, documents and linked services remain the responsibility of their respective owners. A link does not establish ownership, endorsement, partnership or continuing accuracy, and users should verify third-party information independently.
Availability, liability, governing law and changes
The company uses reasonable care for approved content but may correct, withdraw or suspend information or functionality and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional conduct. To the extent legally permitted, Slovak law governs these terms and disputes are submitted to the competent Slovak courts; mandatory consumer or other jurisdictional rights remain unaffected. Material changes are identified by a new effective date.
